19. 5'1. 134 but need to get down to 108. I've already lost some weight and friends and family say I look great, but I don't feel great. Not yet.

Food Diary 11/28/11:

Breakfast: toast, banana, water

Lunch: Two eggs on toast, slice of American cheese, carrots

Dinner: Honey-spiced chicken, salad, milk

Note: I’m gonna have to start eating dinner a little later than 6. I’m too hungry when 9 o’clock rolls around.
