19. 5'1. 134 but need to get down to 108. I've already lost some weight and friends and family say I look great, but I don't feel great. Not yet.

Ugh.

Last night was kind of a failure, instead of eating a nutritious dinner, I made the mistake of going to the grocery store hungry and had chex mix, cookie dough, and cereal last night. I was too scared to weigh myself.

Food diary 11/29/11
Breakfast: Kashi cereal, milk
Lunch: apple, banana, almonds, yogurt, berries
Dinner: chicken, salad, bread, milk

Exercise: bike 30 min, swim 30 min
